For the Nutella ice cream, bring the milk, whipped cream and sugar to the boil and allow to cool. In the meantime, separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture has a pastel color (about 5 minutes).
Now gradually stir the milk-whipped cream mixture into the yolks. Gently heat the yolk-milk mixture on the stove until the mixture has thickened a bit. Now stir in the vanilla pulp and the Nutella until everything has dissolved. Let the mass cool and put it into an ice cream maker. Depending on the manufacturer, leave the mixture in the machine until a creamy ice cream is formed.
The Nutella ice cream can be served with different toppings such as chopped hazelnuts, brittle or chocolate sprinkles as desired before serving.
