1. sauté jalapenos, garlic and onion in oil for 2-3 min.
2. deglaze with bourbon and flambé 3. mix in sugar, cranberries, zest, vinegar, orange and pineapple juice and bring to a rapid boil 4. reduce temperature and simmer everything together for 12 min. until it thickens.
5. pour into jars and keep in the refrigerator.
