Instructions:

Stir flour with milk, eggs and salt. Allow to swell for a short time. In the meantime, rinse the spinach, remove hard stems and sort out the leaves. In a large saucepan, bring water with salt to a boil, add spinach, boil once and drain into a colander. Spread out on a kitchen towel to drain. (Tk spinach to defrost) Sprinkle spinach with spices. Preheat oven to 200 °C. Finish baking about 4 pancakes from the dough in a coated frying pan with a little fat. Spread with cream cheese and evenly distribute the spinach on top. Roll up the pancakes and cut snails about 2 cm thick. Grease a shallow gratin dish and spread out with the snails. Cut the cheese into thin strips and place them on top in a grid pattern. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
