For the curry spread, mix the low-fat curd with the sour cream, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.

Stir in the pressed garlic, curry powder and chopped herbs (e.g. hyssop, mountain savory). Season to taste with salt and chili flakes if desired.

If you prefer a more intense curry flavor, you can add more curry powder.
