For the meat skewers first prepare the dough. For the dough, mix the flour with the yeast. Add water and olive oil and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1/2 hour. For the meat skewers, chop the onion and add to the minced meat. Add the egg and spices and knead well.
Season with salt. Put the meat on wooden skewers and fry them in a pan in a little oil. Remove from the pan to cool and then wrap in the dough.
Bake in the oven for 3/4 hour.
