A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until firm. Mix all other ingredients for the dough in a wide bowl and stir with a mixer, finally fold in the snow.
Line the bottom of a cake springform pan with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and bake for about 40-45 minutes.

170-190 °C , 1st sliding rack v. U.
160-180 °C , convection oven
Spread cranberry or possibly currant jelly evenly on the still warm cake. Serve with whipped cream.
