For the quick ice cream cake, wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Melt the couverture and chocolate with whipped cream in a hot water bath.

Turn the vanilla ice cream out onto a large (not quite flat) plate, decorate with strawberries and pour over the chocolate sauce.
