Instructions:

Fillet the fish and cut into strips, drizzle with lemon and salt. Form roses from the strips and put them on the baking tray. Boil and peel the potatoes. Cut cooked potatoes into slices and mix with salt, lemon juice (a lot) egg yolk and parsley and fill small baking cups. Bake the potatoes and the fish in the oven and serve together.
