First mix the milk and flour, then stir in the eggs and add a pinch of salt.

Now quarter the plums.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C, heat the baking pan (approx. 33 x 20 cm) in the oven.

Pour the oil into the hot pan, pour in the dough, spread the plums on top and sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C – 200 °C until golden brown (about 15 minutes) and serve while still warm.
