For the curd dumplings, mix the first five ingredients thoroughly and then let the curd dough rest for about half an hour.

Then boil about 2 liters of water with a little salt in a saucepan, form dumplings from the curd mixture and cook about 3 to 5 dumplings in the boiling water.

In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, chop the banana chips in a lightning chopper, then fry the banana crumbs and the coconut in the hot fat, add the dumplings and stir through.
