For the curd cheese and raspberry cakes, mix the soft butter with the eggs and sugar. Now add the curd cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture.

Add a few raspberries to the greased and floured ramekins. Then pour the batter into the ceramic molds and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
