For the curd casserole, preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Prepare a greased baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Separate eggs and beat egg whites to snow.
Mix butter with sugar and yolks until fluffy. Add curd cheese and cream. Add bread cubes and raisins to the mixture and finally fold in the beaten egg whites.
Pour the curd mixture into the baking dish and bake on the lower rack for about 40 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil to prevent the surface from getting too dark.
Sprinkle the cooled curd casserole with a little cinnamon and sugar.
