Preheat oven to 180 degrees in time.
Cream butter and sugar.
Fold in eggs and coconut extract, then sour cream.
Add coconut flakes.
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder, stir into the dough.
Divide batter evenly into four lightly greased pans.
Bake for about 45 min in a heated oven at 180 °C, test with chopsticks.
Breads cool, remove from the mold.
