For the chocolate brownies, first mix the flour with the salt and cinnamon.
Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie, then add the water, then the butter and let it all melt.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in size and becomes lighter in color.
Stir the chocolate-butter mixture into the yolk mixture and gently fold in the flour (free of lumps).
Spread the chocolate brownie mixture on a baking sheet with baking paper or put it in a slightly higher square baking pan.
Bake at 150°C for 50-60 min top and bottom heat.
