Chocolate Power Brownies

For the chocolate power brownies, shell the walnuts (unless you’re already using walnut halves). Strain the kidney beans and put them in a blender with the whole eggs, banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, milk and melted coconut oil and blend.

Blend at least until the dough is smooth and bubbles. Now empty into a bowl. Roughly chop the chocolate and the walnuts and mix about 3/4 into the mixture.

Empty the batter into a pan and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and walnuts. Bake the brownies in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. After baking, let cool a little over, cut into pieces and enjoy.
