For the Dillerdäpfel boil potatoes, peel and cut into flakes. Finely chop the onions and brown them in hot butter. Add the flour, fry lightly and pour in beef broth. Let it boil for a while.

Then stir in the sweet cream as well as the chopped dill. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the sliced potatoes and heat again briefly.
