A cake recipe for all foodies:

Cook long grain rice according to package directions. Use half for a little something else. Stir flour with milk, egg yolks and vanillin sugar. Whip egg whites and salt to stiff peaks. At the beginning fold the long grain rice into the dough. Finally, fold in the snow. Heat oil in a frying pan, finish baking three small pancakes.

Peel the apple, cut in half, remove the core and cut into cubes. Steam with water in a saucepan for a few minutes until soft, sweeten to taste. Serve the apple compote with the pancakes.
