For the chia banana bread, peel the bananas, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork (you can also leave pieces!). Stir in the chia gel and the spices.
Add the sugar, oil and milk to the banana mixture and mix. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder into the banana mixture. D
Pour the batter into a silicone loaf pan and bake at 150 °C convection oven for about 60 minutes. Let the baked banana bread cool a little in the pan.
