Spaghetti a La Carbonara

Cut bacon into strips, fry in a frying pan and pour whipping cream. Let it boil briefly.

Mix the eggs, season with pepper and mix with the Parmesan.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain. Reserve some of the pasta water. Pour the spaghetti with butter into a warmed bowl, mix with the cheese-egg mixture and the bacon cream. Season with black pepper and maybe dilute with a little bit of pasta water. Bring to the table on heated plates.

Attention: The egg mixture should not become egg sauce, but only the whipped cream a creamy binding form. So do not put it on the stove anymore or only at a very low temperature…
