For the stuffed salmon trout, wash the trout inside and out, cut off the head and tail. Rub well inside and outside with the fish spice, mix onion with parsley and stuff the trout with it.

Place in a suitable pan. Wash potatoes, peel, cut into eighths and season with fish seasoning. Place around the fish.

Roast the pan in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes, turning the potatoes frequently. Fillet fish, arrange on plates with potatoes and onion filling.
