Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
1. cook long grain rice according to package directions. Clean and rinse beans, make in salted water 6 to 8 min.
2. stir through fish sauce, coconut milk, clear soup, curry paste.
3. blanch (scald) sprouts, mix with drained beans and curry sauce and heat.
4. divide cod into pieces, pull 4 min in the hot sauce. Season with lime juice.
Remove seeds from chili, cut into rings. Serve fish curry with long grain rice, sprinkle with chili and basil.
