For baked pineapple slices, remove the pineapple stem, peel and slice. Drizzle with maraschino.
Separate egg. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar as you go. Beat yolks, flour, white wine, oil and salt until homogeneous and fold in beaten egg whites.
Heat oil in a pan until very hot, pull pineapple slices through the batter and fry them floating in the very hot oil.
Serve baked pineapple slices sprinkled with powdered sugar.
