Briefly fry the diced bacon and then add the crushed garlic. Add the leek cut into noodles and cook for about 5 minutes until soft. Add water and make the soup about 20 min. Next, stir flour, cream, yolk and salt and add to the soup. Boil it up again.

Serve soup with toasted bread slices as a garnish.

Our tip: use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
