For the bacon crescents, mix eggs, flour, butter, yeast and cheese into a smooth dough and let rise for about 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into two halves, form into balls and roll out in a circle then cut into 8 pieces and place a sheet of bacon on each piece.
Then shape into croissants and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Then brush with a mixture of water and herbal salt and bake for another 10 minutes in the oven.
