For the fries, peel, cut into small finger-thick sticks using a food processor or by hand.

In a large saucepan, bring enough water to a boil with salt. In several batches, blanch the potato sticks in the boiling water for 4 minutes each, pat dry.

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Pour the oil into the fat pan and heat in the stove for 2 minutes.

Then pour in the potato sticks and bake for a total of half an hour until golden brown (gas: level 4).

Turn once in between to the other side. Sprinkle with salt.
