A delicious strawberry recipe!
Lilac berry soup:
Bring cinnamon, juice, lemon zest and cloves to a boil, bind with cornstarch mixed in water. Peeled apple pieces with sugar and juice of one lemon in water bring to a boil once and cook.
Semolina dumplings:
Bring milk to a boil, sprinkle semolina with a pinch of salt and stir through, repeatedly bring to a boil briefly and then cool. With a whisk, fold in two eggs and two tablespoons of flour. With a tablespoon dipped in hot water, cut out dumplings and place in boiling water for 20 min. and pull until the dumplings float to the surface.
