For the Minute Steaks with Chanterelle Tortelloni, clean the chanterelles well and chop larger ones slightly. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté both in a hot pan with olive oil.
Cook the tortelloni al dente according to package instructions. Sauté the minute steaks (necessarily at room temperature, not directly from the refrigerator) also in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, season the chanterelles with salt and pepper and mix with freshly chopped parsley.
