Instructions:

Stir together a pancake dough from milk, flour, egg and salt, let rest for about 1 hour.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in a ladle of batter, spread, fry for 1 minute, then turn and finish frying. Do the same with the remaining batter. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Halve, seed and chop the bell bell pepper. Heat oil in a deep pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent, add minced meat and let it roast for at least 5 minutes.

Add the diced peppers and season with ketchup, salt, oregano and pepper. Sauté for another 5 minutes. Let cool a bit and then fill the pancakes and roll them up.

Oil a baking dish, place the pancakes in it and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Arrange the baked meat pancakes and serve.
