For the Bobei pancake, mix Bobei with water until smooth. Add the oat milk. Mix flour and saffron baking powder (it tastes little like saffron, but makes a great yellow color and the pancake nice and fluffy) and stir into the oat milk mixture.
Depending on the consistency of the dough, use a little more flour. Bake the dough in a little oil to pancakes, spread with jam, roll up and sugar.
