For the wild herb smoothie, wash the wild herbs and shake dry. Wash and peel the orange and divide into pieces. Set aside some of the peel (a little 1/8).

Wash the apple, quarter it and remove the core. Now blend all ingredients into a smoothie using a high-powered blender.

Add as much water until the smoothie has the consistency you desire.
