Chop wild garlic leaves and mix with the bread cubes. Heat milk and butter (steamer 100 °C – 3 minutes) and pour over it. Add eggs and mix in the cheese. Season the bread dumpling mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Allow the mixture to stand.

Form 12 dumplings from the bread dumpling mixture and place in a greased or cling film lined perforated cooking container.
