For the wholemeal croissants with arugula sauce, salt pasta water and add. In a saucepan, heat oil and lightly brown diced onion, cut cell piece into small cubes and add, fry briefly.

Pour the strained tomatoes, add the chili and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the pasta water and cook, wash the rocket well and cut into strips, mix into the sauce shortly before serving.
