For the vegetarian chop suey, heat the oil strongly in a wok. First add the onion and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 1/2 minute. Then add both bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini, green beans and cayenne strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add bean sprouts, sugar, soy sauce and soup to deglaze and simmer the vegetarian chop suey for 2 minutes.
