Instructions:

Coat the meat with the mixture of pepper, salt, mustard and honey. Spread the diced plums and apples evenly on top and drizzle with juice of one lemon. Roll into a roulade and pin. Sauté in oil, add clear soup and simmer for about 45 minutes. Thicken the roast stock with the sauce and season to taste. Serve with long-grain rice.
