Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Knead the flour with 1 pinch of salt, about 100ml lukewarm water, the oil and the egg yolk to a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Break the macaroni into pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Rinse the sage and cut into strips. Drain the tuna and cut into pieces with a fork. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and mix them with the juice of one lemon.

3. preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the pasta with the sage, tuna, mozzarella, mushrooms, capers and fresh cream and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
