Season the inside of the chops with salt and pepper. Whisk the cream cheese with marjoram, mustard, pepper and the grated herb cheese, spread on the slices of bacon. Place a slice of bacon in each cutlet, close the pockets neatly with toothpicks. Brush with oil before grilling. Grill for about 30 to 40 minutes. Season with salt afterwards.
