Cut the bacon into small cubes. Put in a frying pan with a little olive oil and heat, stirring, until the bacon is eaten out and the bacon cubes are crispy. Mix eggs with a little salt (carefully season with salt the bacon is also salty) and pepper. Pour into the frying pan and spread evenly. Fry at low temperature, turn to the other side and bake until golden on both sides. Bring to the table sprinkled with fresh basil leaves.
