For the grilled pork, cut the meat into long, thin strips. Put it in a bowl, then add the red wine and ginger juice and carefully turn the meat in it.
To prepare the hot barbecue sauce, mix the chili paste, soy sauce, chopped onion, garlic, ground sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar and pepper.
Add the barbecue sauce to the meat and rub it thoroughly on the strips.
Place the seasoned meat on the hot grill grate and cook well over medium heat.
Place the hot meat on a plate and serve with lettuce leaves, smaller onion stalks, garlic and kimchi, if desired, according to taste.
