For the chicken pan, cut the meat into strips about 3 cm long and fry in butter. Boil and peel the potatoes and let them cool down.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Slightly grease the bottom of a pan and alternate layers of potatoes, meat, onion, garlic, cheese and butter flakes in the pan.

Finish with cheese and butter flakes. Whisk milk with whipping cream and season with salt and pepper and pour over chicken pan.

Bake the chicken pan in the oven at 210 degrees for about 60 minutes.
