A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

For the dough, sift the flour into a work bowl. Press an indentation in the middle. Melt the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water and pour it into the indentation. Add a little salt and the oil and knead with the dough hook of the mixer until a smooth dough is formed. Shape into a ball, keep warm with the lid closed and let rise until the dough has doubled in volume.

For the topping, quarter the apple lengthwise and core. Cut into 12 on the spot and sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Clean mushrooms and cut in half lengthwise. Halve onions lengthwise and cut into 0.5 to 1 cm wide wedges. Coarsely grate cheese on a household grater.

Heat butter in a frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms and onions briefly over high heat, season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle (40×30 cm). Place on a baking sheet and top evenly with apple slices, mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the heated oven on the lowest rack at 240 °C (gas 4-5, convection oven not recommended) for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with plucked oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
