Instructions:

For the bacon and egg rolls, put a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Beat four eggs, add salt and pepper and prepare an egg dish.

Divide the puff pastry into 6 parts, cover with the bacon and spread the egg dish on it on one edge. Brush the edges with beaten egg and roll up.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the rolls on it, brush with egg again and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.

Arrange the bacon and egg rolls sprinkled with chives and serve.
