Remove the crust from the untoasted toast. Cut the mozzarella into three slices and spread evenly on three slices of toast and cover with the remaining slices.

Whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.

Lightly brush the edges of the toast slices with this egg mixture and press together to prevent the cheese from oozing out. Dip the slices in the egg mixture from both sides so that it can soak into the bread. Then turn them in flour on the other side.

Fry in hot oil in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides and place on preheated plates.

For the sauce, melt the butter and mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the sauce on the cheese slices form.
