Instructions:

For the Schüttelbrot, first pile up flour with spices for the bread and press a bulge in the middle. Mix the yeast with water, add to the bulge and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough does not bind, add a little more water.

Roll out a handful of dough into a pancake, place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 °C until golden brown.
