Rinse the leaves, drain.

Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry it in fat, pour it together with the hot fat over the dandelion leaves.

Deglaze the remaining fat in the hot frying pan with the vinegar, season with salt and pepper and mix into the leaf salad.

Bring leaf salad to the table warm.
