For the quick chili, peel and chop the onion. Heat some oil in a pot and fry the onion briefly. Add the meat and mash and mix with a whisk. Wait until the meat has a brownish color.

Stir in the packets of Chilifix (according to package directions) with water and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Stir repeatedly. Meanwhile, drain beans and corn in a colander and add to meat and simmer an additional 5 minutes. Season the quick chili with chili powder.
