For the dried apple slices, peel the apples, depending on the size of the dehydrator approx. 3-4 kg, halve, core and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick.
Place the apple wedges on the platform of the dehydrator and dry at 70 °C for approx. 17 – 20 hours (depends on the juice content of the wedges).
