Instructions:

Beat the eggs until foamy, gradually add the cream cheese nature.

Grease a baking paper well with butter and spread the mixture on it. Bake on the middle shelf in the oven at 190 °C until light.

Whip the herb cream cheese a little.

When the roll is baked, spread the herb cheese on the hot roll. Place the salmon fillets on top. Form a roll and wrap it with cling film.

Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Once the salmon roll has cooled and is firm, cut into nice, slightly thicker slices and serve.
