Soak the clay pot for 15 minutes, then rub dry and brush with the oil.

Rinse and chop the vegetables. In order to cook everything at the same time, cut the vegetables with a longer cooking time (potatoes, melanzani) into smaller pieces than those with a shorter cooking time.

Chop the kitchen herbs.

Put the vegetables and herbs together with the spices into the clay pot, put the lid on.

Put the clay pot into the cold oven. Switch to 220 degrees and cook for 50 to 60 minutes.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
