Instructions:

Cook potatoes with peel in salted water for 20 minutes. Remove peel and cut potatoes into slices. Mix vinegar with crushed salt, onion cubes, garlic and pepper. Add olive oil. Pour sauce over potatoes and let stand for about half an hour. Cut peppers into strips, sausage into thin slices. Mix the peppers, olives and sausage into the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for another 20 minutes.
