Instructions:

Peel the apples and cut into wedges, cover with water not completely and boil until the wedges are very soft.

Then puree in a blender. Season with ground cinnamon and lemon juice and fill into jars while still very hot and quickly screw shut. This way the applesauce will keep for a few months!
